The Disabled Staff Forum (DS Forum) is a friendly staff group that provides a platform for disabled staff – giving staff an opportunity to exchange information, ideas and raise awareness about disability within the university in a confidential and safe space.
The role of the DS Forum is to enable discussion of equality issues arising in the University of Bristol workplace drawing on expertise and experience of disabled staff at University of Bristol and to develop and carry out actions flowing from this discussion to promote greater equality, inclusion, and normalization of persons in protected characteristics categories, particularly disability.

You can find out more about the history and aims of the DS Forum in the About section.
